Your name, mobile number, email, addresses, family member details you add, booking and payment records, test results and reports.

To book and collect your samples, process tests, deliver reports, send booking updates by SMS and email, handle payments and refunds, and meet legal and medical record-keeping duties.

Only with the accredited partner laboratory processing your sample, our payment partner (Cashfree) for payments, and our SMS and email providers for notifications. We never sell your data.

Reports are stored privately and opened only through short-lived secure links. Access by our staff is limited by role and logged.

If you ask for a simple explanation of a report, the results are processed by an AI service to prepare educational text. It never diagnoses, and is not a substitute for a doctor.

You can view and update your profile, remove saved addresses and family members, and request deletion of your account by writing to test@acurixlabs.com.
