Plans change — here is how cancellations and refunds work.
Cancelling before collection
You can cancel any time before your sample is collected by writing to test@acurixlabs.com with your booking ID. You get a full refund.
After sample collection
Once your sample has been collected and sent for processing, the booking cannot be cancelled or refunded.
If we cannot serve you
If we miss your slot, cannot reach your address, or cannot process your sample, you can choose a free rebooking or a full refund.
Refund timeline
Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually arrive in 5–7 working days. You will get an email when the refund is issued.
